You will find us at Shiv Shakti Chawl on LBS Marg in the Suryanagar area of Vikhroli West. This is Mumbai, so things are always moving fast. The office is right on the main road, which means it’s very easy to get to but also very noisy because of the traffic on LBS Marg. Buses and cars are honking all day long. L T Finance Ltd has been here for a while. The chawl is an older style of building, and our space is pretty basic. We have a few desks squeezed in and some fans that work hard to keep us cool. It’s a bit of a tight fit when everyone is in at the same time, but we are a close group. We don't have a big reception area or any of that. You just walk in and we are right there. The floor is made of old tiles and we have stacks of ledgers and files piled up. We try to keep things organized, but in a small space, it’s always a struggle. Being in Vikhroli means we are right in the heart of a working-class neighborhood. We see the same people passing by every morning. It’s a real, grit-and-grind kind of place. We just do our work and don't worry about looking like a big fancy corporation.
