We are located at unit 221 in the P N Kothari Industrial Estate. Our place is on LBS Road in Bhandup West, and we are quite close to the Asian Paints factory. It’s a very busy industrial neighborhood and it has been our home for a long time. The estate itself is an older building with a lot of character and plenty of other businesses working alongside us. We handle a lot of technical work and industrial supplies. It’s a dusty and loud environment sometimes, but it’s where we feel most comfortable. We are just a small group of regular people who know our way around tools and equipment. We don't have a fancy corporate lobby or a team of people in suits. Most of the time we are just in our work clothes, getting things ready for our customers. Traffic on LBS Road can be a real headache, especially in the evenings, but that’s just part of being in Bhandup. We don't bother with fancy marketing speak or polished brochures. We just talk to people plainly and let them know what we can do for them. Most of our clients have been coming to this industrial estate for years and they know exactly where to find us. We just focus on doing the work well and not making a big fuss about it. It’s a practical, no-nonsense way of running a business.
