Kushabu Novelty

The shop is located at number 3 in Prem Nagar, right here in Jogeshwari East. We’ve been set up in the Machi Mar area for a while, and it’s a lively place to be every day. Being a novelty store means we have all sorts of little things packed onto the shelves. It gets a bit crowded sometimes because the shop isn't that big, but we make it work. Most of our customers are just neighbors or people walking home from the station. We open up early and stay until late most nights. You know how it is in this part of town, people are always looking for something last minute. We don’t have a fancy website or anything like that. We just rely on people seeing the sign when they walk past. The neighborhood has changed a lot since we first started, but the vibe in Prem Nagar stays pretty much the same. It’s noisy and busy, but that’s why we like it here. Sometimes the stock gets a bit disorganized, but we usually know where everything is if someone asks. I spend most of my day behind the counter talking to the locals. It’s a simple life running a small shop like this. We try to keep a bit of everything so people don’t have to go too far.
