Itel Incorporation

We’re located at Itel Incorporation, which you can find in the Damji Shamji Complex on L. B. S. Marg. Our office is number 313, sitting right in the middle of the Kamani area in Kurla West. If you know Mumbai, you know how busy L.B.S. Marg can get. There’s always noise and traffic outside, but once you get inside the complex, things settle down a bit. We’ve been in this spot for a long time. It’s a big building with all sorts of different companies, from accountants to traders. We do technical work here, mostly focusing on systems and hardware. Our office isn't anything special to look at—just a bunch of desks and some shelving for spare parts. We don't really have a big corporate culture or anything. We just come in, check our emails, and start working on whatever needs fixing that day. Usually, one of us will go out to get tea for everyone around mid-afternoon. It’s a routine that works for us. Being in Kurla makes it easy for us to reach different parts of the city when we need to. We’re just a small group of people who understand how technology works and we try to use that to help our customers. It’s a straightforward business and we don't try to make it sound like more than it is. We just keep our heads down and do the job.
