Kurat Enterprise

We’re situated at 67/69 in the Jubilee Building, which is right on P.B. Marg. We’re across from the Kalyan Building and fairly close to Navjeevan Society in the Grant Road area. It’s a really lively neighborhood with a lot of history and constant movement. Our office in the Jubilee Building is quite basic. We’ve got some old wooden desks and a lot of cabinets filled with records. Being on P.B. Marg means we are right in the thick of things, which can be noisy but also keeps us energized. We handle various enterprise tasks, mostly administrative and trade-related stuff. There’s no big corporate vibe here; it’s just us doing our work and having tea while we discuss what needs to get done for the day. Grant Road is always full of people, and the area around Navjeevan Society has its own rhythm. Sometimes the elevator in the building is a bit slow, so we end up taking the stairs. We don't do any self-promotion or anything like that. We just rely on the fact that we’ve been here for a long time and people know where to find us if they need anything. The office can get a bit warm in the summer, but we’ve got a couple of fans that keep things moving. It’s just a regular workplace where we try to stay on top of our daily chores and keep the business going as best as we can.
