Kumar Rajan

Our setup is in Thakur Village at Emp-18/802. Kumar Rajan runs things from this flat in Kandivili East. Thakur Village is a huge residential hub, so it feels very different from the more industrial parts of Mumbai. We don't have a shop on the main road. Instead, we work from this room on the eighth floor. It is a quiet space where we can focus on what we are doing. We don't have a big team of employees. It is mostly a one-man operation with some help now and then. We don't have any corporate branding or fancy logos on the walls. It is just a place with some desks and a lot of books and papers. We like the convenience of this area because everything we need is just downstairs. We don't spend money on advertising. Most of our work comes from people we have known for a long time. Life here is busy, but we try to keep our work life separate and simple. We don't have any long meetings or complicated strategies. We just look at what needs to be finished today and we get to work. It is a very flexible way to do things. Sometimes we work late into the night, and other times we finish early. It is just a normal, practical way to handle business.
