Our office is located at Shiv Shakti Sadan, which is part of the Mspatil House in Deonar Village. It’s a bit of an older part of Mumbai, and we like the character of the neighborhood. Being a construction company, things can get pretty messy. We often have boots by the door and blueprints spread out across every available table. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find everything perfectly polished. There’s usually some dust and the smell of coffee in the air. We spend a lot of our time out on sites, so the office is mostly a place to regroup and handle the administrative side of things. Deonar Village has a specific feel to it, a bit different from the more modern parts of Mumbai, and we’ve settled in here well. We don't have a massive staff, just a handful of people who know their way around a building project. We don't use big words or try to sound like we're more than we are. We're just local builders who take on projects and try to get them done right. Sometimes we run into delays or material issues, but that's just part of the life we chose. We’ve been at this for a while and we plan on staying for many more years. It's honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday.
