You can find us at Ktech Computer Services right on S V Road in Andheri West. We’re in shop number 4 of the Vasant Patil building. It’s a great spot because we are directly opposite the Andheri Market, so there’s always something going on outside our door. The shop is usually packed with computers in various states of repair. We have parts on the shelves and tools all over the benches. It’s not the neatest place, but we know exactly where every screw and motherboard is. We’ve been helping people with their tech problems for quite a while now. Most people just walk in because they’re already at the market and their laptop isn't working right. We don't have a receptionist; one of us will usually just come out from the back with a screwdriver in hand to see what’s wrong. It’s a very hands-on kind of business. Andheri West is always loud and crowded, and our shop is right in the middle of that energy. We don't use any corporate talk or try to sell people things they don't need. We just look at the machine, tell them what’s broken, and give them a price. It’s simple and honest. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when three or four customers are in at once, but we make it work. It’s just a local shop doing its thing, right in the heart of the neighborhood. We enjoy the work and the people who come in.
