Ksm Infotech

Our office is at 104 in the GIDC Engineering Estate on Nati Seva Sadan Road. Being in an engineering estate means we are surrounded by a lot of other small businesses and workshops. There’s always the sound of machines or tools in the background. Ksm Infotech has been part of this community for a bit. We focus on tech support and infotech services, which mostly means we help people who are having trouble with their digital setups. The space is functional—metal desks, some sturdy chairs, and plenty of power outlets. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one near the door. The commute here can be a bit dusty depending on the weather, but the area is full of hard-working people. We usually eat our lunch together at the main table and talk about whatever is on the news. We don't use any fancy management software; we mostly just use a whiteboard and some markers to keep track of what needs to be finished. It’s a simple way to work, but it works for us. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to do right by the people who come to us for help. Some days the internet is slow, and we all complain about it together. It’s just a normal office life here.
