We operate out of Flat Number 2 in the B Wing of Gangar Co-op society in Borivali West. Our place is situated right opposite the Laljis Shopping Centre, which is a very busy spot for everyone around here. Since we are in a residential building, it feels a bit different than a street-side shop, but we have our regular setup for fixing computers. We deal with a lot of laptop repairs and software installations throughout the week. People from the nearby apartments usually just walk over when their internet stops working or their computer gets slow. It is a quiet way to work compared to the main road noise. We have our desks set up with all the testing equipment we need. Sometimes we have to go out to people's homes if the machine is too heavy to carry, but mostly people bring their stuff to the wing. Borivali is always moving fast and we try to keep up with the repair demands. It’s just us here, no big team or anything, so we handle everything personally. We know the neighbors and the local shopkeepers around Laljis quite well by now. If you are looking for tech help in this part of Mumbai, we are usually around during the day.
