Krishna

We’ve been here at 7 Amritkutir in Andheri East for a while now. It’s just us, Krishna, doing our thing every day. The neighborhood is busy, but our spot is where we get the work done. It started out small. We didn't really plan on being some huge operation, it just happened because we kept showing up and doing what needed doing. People around here in Mumbai know where to find us if they need something. Usually, someone is around to answer the door or take a call, unless we're out on a job or stuck in traffic somewhere. It gets pretty noisy with the cars and people outside, but you get used to it after a year or two. We handle things as they come. No fancy offices or big glowing signs, just a regular place where people work hard. Sometimes the monsoon rain makes it really hard to get around this part of the city, but we still manage to open up. If you’re looking for us, we're right near the east side of the station. It’s not much to look at from the street, but we keep everything organized inside. We try to stay on top of the pile of work every morning. Most days are long and we drink a lot of chai to keep going. We don't have a massive team, just a few of us who know the ropes. We’ve seen Andheri change a lot since we moved in. It is just a simple place.
