We are up on the fifth floor of the Vrindavan building in Santacruz. It’s a quiet spot near the Arya Samaj, right on Meerabaug Colony Road. Being tucked away in a housing society means things stay pretty calm most of the day, which helps when you’re trying to focus on code and tech stuff. We’ve been here at Koyn Softech for a while now. Some days the lift is a bit slow, so we take the stairs to get the blood moving. Most of us just bring lunch from home and eat together in the small break area. It isn't a fancy glass building like the ones you see in Bandra Kurla Complex, but it works for us. We handle a lot of different software projects from this little office. The neighborhood is nice enough, with some decent tea stalls nearby when we need a break from the screens. It gets busy during school hours because of the traffic on the main road, but inside the office, it’s just us doing our thing. We don't have a big HR team or anything like that. It’s just a group of people who know how to build things with computers. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting and figuring out why things aren't working right. Sometimes it’s frustrating, but that’s just how the tech world goes. We try to keep things simple here without any of that corporate talk that nobody actually understands anyway.
