You can find us on IR Road in Mumbai. We are right on the ground floor, Room No 3 in Bit Block No 1. Being on the ground floor is handy because people can just step in off the street without having to look for an elevator. This part of Mumbai is always moving, and there is always some noise from the street. We deal with Kotak Life matters here. It’s a small space, but it works for what we need to do. Most of the day is spent going through documents and meeting with people who live or work nearby. The humidity can be a lot sometimes, so we usually have a fan going. We aren’t doing anything fancy. It’s just regular office work, keeping track of policies and helping people understand their options. We get a lot of foot traffic being where we are. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the room, but we manage to keep things in order. It’s an old-school kind of building, which has its own charm. We’ve grown used to the sounds of the traffic on IR Road. It’s just how things are in this part of the city. We show up, do the work, and help whoever walks through the door. It might not be the quietest place, but we get things finished. We like being accessible to everyone who needs us without making them jump through hoops. We are just local people doing our best to help out.
