Kotak Life Insurance

Our office is located at Model House on Vadilal Patel Marg. It’s near the Opera House area, which is a pretty well-known part of Mumbai. We are in unit B 8. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of history and old buildings. We’ve been working out of this space for some time now. Dealing with life insurance means we talk to a lot of families and individuals about their future. It’s serious work, but we keep the atmosphere in the office quite relaxed. We aren't big on formalities. If someone comes in, we just sit down and talk. The street outside is usually packed with cars and people heading toward the station or the market. Inside, we try to keep it organized so we can find files quickly. It gets a bit dusty with all the construction nearby, but that’s Mumbai for you. We mostly focus on making sure people’s paperwork is in order. It’s not a high-tech setup, just some computers and a lot of folders. We know the local tea seller and the other shop owners on the lane. It feels like being part of a small village inside a giant city. We just do our bit every day. We aren't trying to impress anyone, just helping them figure out their insurance. It’s a practical way to run a business. We appreciate the people who stop by to say hello. It keeps the day moving along well.
