It’s a large township, so there are always people walking around and kids playing. Our office is actually just a flat that we use for the business. It makes sense for us because it’s a comfortable environment to work in. We aren't a big corporation with a fancy headquarters. We just have a few rooms where we manage our learning solutions. Dombivali East can be a bit far from the main parts of Mumbai, but we like it here because it’s a bit more peaceful. We spend most of our time on our laptops, making sure our students have what they need. There is no corporate polish here, just a group of people working together. We often eat lunch together and talk about things other than work. It’s a very informal atmosphere. We don’t have any grand statements to make about ourselves. We just do the work that needs to be done every day. Sometimes the rains make it hard to get around the complex, but we stay dry inside. It’s a simple life running a company from a residential building. We just try to stay organized and keep our customers happy without any extra fuss or promotional talk. It’s just how we operate.
