You can find Knight Frank India Pvt Ltd over at Om Shabri on the ground floor. We are in B Wing, unit 005, right on Lt Road in Mulund East. Being in Mumbai means it is always noisy and there are people everywhere outside. Since we are on the ground floor, we see a lot of the street life. It is a very busy spot. The office is practical and built for work. We don't have any of those fancy lounge areas you see in big corporate parks. We just have our desks, our chairs, and a lot of folders. Working in Mulund East is great because the connectivity is good. We spend most of our hours looking at property details and talking to people who are interested in the local market. It can be quite a hectic place sometimes, but that is just Mumbai for you. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a document is going to take three days, we tell people it will take three days. We don't like to overcomplicate things. The building is older but it serves us well. We are just a local team trying to keep up with the fast pace of the city. We drink a lot of coffee and stay focused on the task at hand. It is just a normal office where we do our daily work without any fuss or trying to look more important than we are.
