Knack Technocrats

Knack Technocrats operates out of No. 42 Avinash, which is over in the 7th Bungalows area on JP Road. It’s a bit different from working in a high-rise office building. Being in a bungalow area gives the workday a slightly more relaxed feel, though the work itself is still plenty busy. We deal with technical projects and consulting, mostly spending our time on computers or in meetings with local clients. JP Road is always full of life, so there’s plenty to see if you look out the window for a minute. Our team is small and we’ve worked together for a while, so we know how each other works without having to say much. We don't go in for all those corporate buzzwords you hear these days. We just describe things as they are. If a project is going to take a week, we say it’ll take a week. We value being straightforward. The office is comfortable, with a few plants and some old posters on the walls. It’s the kind of place where you can actually hear yourself think, which helps when you’re trying to solve a tricky technical problem. We’ve grown fond of this neighborhood over the years. It feels like home now. We just keep doing our work, one day at a time, and hope people appreciate the effort we put in. The chai vendor outside knows exactly how we like our tea.
