Kitchen Suvidha

Kitchen Suvidha is a small shop, number D/5, located in Chandrashekhar Na. We are right beside the Dindoshi Flyover in Goregaon East. If you’re driving on the flyover, you can see our building, though the shop itself is tucked away a bit. Being near the flyover means there’s a constant hum of traffic overhead all day and night. It’s a lively neighborhood. Inside the shop, we have all sorts of kitchen items and spare parts scattered around on the shelves. It’s not perfectly organized, but we can usually find what a customer is looking for pretty quickly. We spend our days fixing appliances or helping someone pick out a new stove for their home. Goregaon East has grown so much lately, but this corner still feels like a local spot. People from the nearby apartments drop in when their mixer stops working or they need a new gasket for a pressure cooker. We don't have a website or anything like that; we just open the shutter in the morning and see who comes by. There’s usually a pot of tea on the go and some crumbs on the counter from lunch. We like the direct contact with the people who live around here. It’s a simple business without any frills. We try to be honest about what can be fixed and what needs to be replaced. Some days are slow and we just sit and watch the cars go by on the flyover. We like it here.
