My name is Kiran V Shukla and you can find me over at the MG Market in Girgaon. The exact spot is on Gheekanta Road, marked as 41356. It is right in the middle of all the market noise. If you know the area, you know how busy it gets. I spend my days here surrounded by other shops and people constantly walking by. The market has a lot of history. My space is just a small corner of it really. I have been here through many seasons. Sometimes the heat in the market is quite something, especially in the afternoons. I have a small stool I sit on. People stop by to talk or ask directions. Gheekanta Road is always full of life. It’s not the quietest place to work, but I’ve gotten used to the sound of the carts and the voices. I don't have a big staff or anything like that. It’s mostly just me taking care of business. The floor is concrete and a bit worn down from all the years of use. I keep my things tucked away in some old wooden cabinets. The lighting isn't the best, but it's enough to see what I'm doing. It’s a very practical way to spend the day. I like being part of the Girgaon atmosphere. It feels like real life happening all around. You just show up, do the work, and go home. I might close early if the rain gets too heavy and floods the street front. That happens sometimes in Girgaon.
