Our office is located at 302 Haridwar on Daftary Road in Malad East. It’s a busy part of Mumbai, and being on the third floor gives us a bit of a view of the street below, which is always packed with traffic and people. We handle outsourcing work here, which mostly means we take care of the tasks that other businesses don’t have time for. It’s a lot of data entry, processing, and keeping things organized. The team is small, and we’ve been working together in this same spot for quite a while. Daftary Road can be a bit loud, especially with the horns and the construction that always seems to be happening nearby. We just focus on our screens and get through the daily pile of work. It’s not glamorous, but it keeps us busy. We don’t use any fancy management speak or have big meetings. We just talk across the desks when something needs to be done. Most of us take the train and then walk from the station, so we’re pretty familiar with the local food stalls around here. We just try to do an honest job for the people who hire us. Our office is just a regular room with some computers and a water cooler. It’s nothing special to look at, but it’s where we get our work done every day.
