Kinteria Global

Our office is A/57 in the Giriraj Industrial estate over in Andheri East. We are right opposite the Ahura Centre, which is a big landmark people use to find us. Andheri East is always a bit of a mess with traffic, so we’ve gotten used to the sound of horns honking all day long. The building is one of those typical industrial blocks where you have all sorts of businesses working side by side. We’re on the first floor. It’s a practical space with white walls and a few desks shoved together. Kinteria Global is basically just a few of us working on computers and taking calls. We don’t have a receptionist or anything like that. If the bell rings, whoever is closest to the door gets it. The office gets a lot of light in the afternoon, which is nice, but it makes it hard to see the screens sometimes. We have a small pantry area where the fridge makes a weird buzzing noise. We mostly order lunch from the small canteen downstairs or get some vada pav from the street. It’s a busy environment. We spend a lot of time looking at spreadsheets and talking to people on the phone. It isn't a glamorous setup, but it’s where we get our work done. The commute is the hardest part, but once we’re inside the office, it’s just business as usual. We've been in this Giriraj building for a while now and know the guards.
