Kinjal Shah

I am Kinjal Shah and I’m based at 210/14, Swashraya. It’s located off R.N. Narkar Road in Ghatkopar East, Mumbai. Ghatkopar is a very lively place to be, always something going on in the streets. Our building, Swashraya, is where I spend most of my time working. I’ve lived in Mumbai my whole life, so I’m used to the fast pace and the noise. My workspace is just a couple of rooms where we keep everything organized. We aren't a big corporation with a board of directors. It’s just a small group of us handling things. We don't spend money on advertising or fancy slogans. We think that if you do your work properly, people will find you eventually. Narkar Road is a busy stretch, but we have our own little routine inside. We drink a lot of tea and get through the paperwork every day. It’s a very normal way to run a business. We don't try to sound like we have all the answers. We just do our best with what we have. Sometimes it gets stressful when there’s a lot of work, but we manage. People who come here know they are dealing with real people, not some faceless company. We’ve been in Ghatkopar for many years and we don't plan on going anywhere else. It’s just home and work all mixed into one for us.
