Kinjal Estate

Kinjal Estate has an office over at Charni Road, specifically Office No 8 in Building No 138. We are situated right across from the Fadkewadi Ganesh Mandir, which is a very busy spot. On festival days, it gets extremely crowded and loud, but we like being in the middle of all that energy. Our office is a small room where we keep track of various properties around this side of the city. Charni Road is an old area with a lot of history, so the buildings can be a bit tricky to deal with. We spend most of our time talking to people who want to rent a place or buy a small apartment. It involves a lot of walking around to show people different rooms and explaining the local rules. We don't have any fancy marketing brochures, just some lists of what is available and our own knowledge of the neighborhood. Sometimes the paperwork for these old properties takes forever because of some legal issues from years ago. We just sit with our clients, offer them some water, and try to explain things in plain language. It’s a lot of talking and waiting for signatures. We’ve been in this building for quite a while now, so the neighbors all know us. It’s a straightforward business of helping people find a roof over their heads in a city where space is hard to find. We just take things one day at a time.
