Kilpco Private Limited

We are based in the Government Industrial Estate over in Kandivali West. Our unit is 37-D. Being in an industrial estate means there is always something going on. You hear the sounds of machinery and trucks moving all day long. Kilpco Private Limited has been here for a while, and we have seen the estate change over the years. Our space is mostly dedicated to the work we do, with a small corner for the office staff. It is not the cleanest or quietest place, but it is where the real work happens. We do not have air conditioning in the main work area, just big fans that move the air around. It gets pretty hot in the summers, but no one really complains. We just drink plenty of water and keep going. Most of our guys have been with us for years, so we are like a small community inside this big industrial zone. There is a tea stall just outside the gate where we all go for breaks. It is a good spot to catch up on what is happening in the other units. We do not bother with fancy reports or corporate lingo. If something needs to be fixed, we fix it. If a client calls, we talk to them plainly. It is a very practical, hands-on environment. We take pride in just showing up every day and doing what we are supposed to do without making a big deal out of it.
