We are based in Andheri East, right in the Mhada Colony at Chandivali. Our office is 26 D 204. If you know Mumbai, you know that Andheri East is always on the move and Mhada colonies have a very specific feel to them. It is a bit like a maze sometimes with all the blocks and buildings looking similar. We are just a small team of associates working out of a converted apartment space. It is not like those big corporate offices in the business parks; it feels more like a home that happens to have a lot of desks and filing cabinets in it. We spend most of our time dealing with legal or administrative paperwork, which means there are stacks of files everywhere you look. The ceiling fan is always clicking, and we can usually hear the neighbors or the kids playing outside in the common area. We don't have a fancy receptionist or a lobby with leather chairs. If you come by, you just walk in and find us working. We have been here for a while now, and we know the local area pretty well. It is a busy life, trying to keep up with all the deadlines and the constant stream of messages. We just take it one day at a time and try to stay organized in the middle of all the paper. That is just how we run things around here.
