Kgn Computer Solutions

Our shop, Kgn Computer Solutions, is located at 14/A inside the Okaz Shopping Center. We are over in Andheri West, right in the Ramtirtha area and next to the Millat Nagar Mosque. It’s a good spot because people know the mosque well, so it’s easy to give directions. Inside the shop, you will mostly see stacks of monitors, open computer towers, and boxes of cables. It’s a typical repair shop vibe. We spend most of our time staring at motherboards or trying to recover data from hard drives that have given up. It’s dusty work sometimes, especially with the old machines people bring in. We also sell some parts and basic systems if someone needs a replacement. We aren't a big electronics mall; we are just a small local shop where you can talk to the guy actually doing the repair. Sometimes we have to wait a few days for a specific part to arrive from the supplier, and we just tell the customer that straight. There’s no point in making excuses. The shopping center gets a lot of foot traffic, so we often have people dropping in just to ask a quick technical question. We don’t mind. It’s part of being in the neighborhood. We keep the shop open until fairly late most days because that is when people get home from work and realize their laptop isn't starting. We just do our best to get their stuff back to them in working order. Computers can be frustrating, but we try to make it easier for you.
