Our office is located at Flat No 702 in Building No 6, within the Qureishi Compound. This is over in Behram Baugh, Jogeshwari West, right here in Mumbai. It is a busy residential and commercial area, so there is always something happening downstairs. We are on the seventh floor, so we get a bit of a view of the surrounding buildings. Key Human Resources Pvt Ltd operates from here, specifically working with our client Icici Bank Ltd. The office is pretty standard for a Mumbai apartment-turned-office. We have desks squeezed in, plenty of filing cabinets, and phones that ring quite a bit. It is not a huge space, but we make it work for the team we have. Jogeshwari West is a crowded spot, and getting to Building No 6 can be a bit of a trek through the narrow lanes of the compound. We have been here long enough that the security guards know us by name. It is a practical place to work. We do not have a big sign out front, just the number on the door. Inside, it is mostly just us trying to keep up with the daily tasks and paperwork. It can get a bit loud when everyone is on the phone at once, but that is just how it goes. We do not have a fancy waiting room, usually visitors just pull up a chair near one of the desks. It is a real, working Mumbai office space.
