We've been based in Borivali West for a while now, tucked away on 15th Main in the MSR Industrial Estate. If you know the area, you know the MSR road can get a bit crowded with trucks and tempos moving stuff around all day. Our place at A 9 is where we handle all the daily operations. It’s mostly just us keeping track of orders and making sure the supplies go out on time. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that because most of our work happens in the back or out on the floor. The office is small but it fits the desks and the files we need. Usually, the morning starts with checking what came in overnight and seeing what needs to be delivered across Mumbai. Borivali is a good spot for us because of the transport links, even if the traffic on the main road makes us late sometimes. We deal with various industrial parts and materials, things people need for their shops or small factories. It’s repetitive work, but we’ve got a system that works for us. The guys have been here a long time, so we all know each other’s habits by now. We eat lunch together around two and then get back to packing. It’s a plain, straightforward business and we don’t try to make it sound like more than it is.
