Ketan Modi

My name is Ketan Modi and I work out of my place at B-2/202 in the Bakul Ashokvan Complex. It’s in Borivali East on the 1St Cross in the 4Th Block. I’ve been in this complex for a long time and most of my neighbors know what I do. It’s a quiet residential area which suits me just fine for my work. I don't have a big storefront with neon lights or anything like that. I just use one of the rooms as my main workspace. It gets a bit crowded with all my papers and books but I manage to find what I need eventually. My wife says I should organize it better but I like my own system. Living and working in the same spot in Borivali East saves me a lot of time on travel every day. I can start early in the morning before the rest of the building wakes up. Sometimes the kids playing outside in the 4Th Block get a bit loud but it’s a nice sound really. I do my own billing and everything so it takes me a while to get through the paperwork. I’m not a big company with a HR department or anything fancy. It’s just me, Ketan, doing my best for the people who call me.
