Ketan Computer is right here on S. V. Road in Goregaon West. If you’re looking for us, we are at 8/236 in Siddarthnagar 3, basically right across from the Sahara India building. It’s a small shop, but we’ve got it packed with parts, cables, and screens. Computers are always breaking or needing upgrades, so there is usually a stack of machines waiting to be looked at. We handle a lot of different things, from slow laptops to desktops that won't even turn on. It isn't a high-end showroom with bright lights. It’s a practical workspace where we spend most of our time fixing hardware issues or trying to figure out why a software update crashed someone's system. Being in Mumbai 400104 means we get a lot of local residents and small business owners coming in with their tech problems. We try to be helpful and explain what’s wrong without using too much technical jargon that nobody understands. Sometimes a repair takes an hour, sometimes it takes a few days if we have to wait for a specific part to arrive. We’ve been at this location for a good while, and most people in the Siddarthnagar area know where to find us when their internet stops working or their keyboard gets sticky. It’s just us here, working on computers and making sure things run like they should for our customers. People usually just drop by with their devices, and we see what we can do to get them back up and running again.
