We are situated in the Saiprasad Building on Gupte Road. It’s in the Gaon Devi area of Dombivli West. Being on this side of Mumbai means we deal with a lot of movement and noise, but it keeps us on our toes. Our office is in unit A 2. It’s a functional space where we spend our hours sorting through work and talking to people. We don’t have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. It’s just a plain door with our name on it. We’ve been in this building for quite a bit of time. The lift is a bit slow, so most of us just take the stairs. We handle various services for folks who need help. It’s steady work and it keeps the lights on. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or shiny brochures. We just do the job that’s in front of us. Some days are more hectic than others, especially when the trains are delayed and everyone is running late. We have a few desks, some old files, and a lot of work to get through. It’s a simple operation run by people who live nearby. We like the local feel of the neighborhood. If you’re in the area, you’ll see the building easily. We just keep things running as best as we can. Our windows look out onto the street, so we see everyone passing by.
