Keen Software

Being in Mumbai, you get used to the constant noise and the feeling that everyone is in a hurry. Keen Software is based in the Tarangan Complex, which is a busy place with lots of different businesses coming and going. Our office is just one of many in the building. It’s not a massive space, but it’s enough for us to set up our computers and get to work on the projects we have. The commute in Mumbai can be a real headache, so most of us arrive a bit tired, but once the coffee is ready, we get into the flow of things. We write code and handle software issues most of the day. It’s not the kind of work that looks exciting from the outside, but it keeps us busy. The complex has a few food stalls nearby where we grab lunch, usually something quick so we can get back to it. We don't have a fancy reception area or a dress code. People just wear what’s comfortable for a long day at a desk. We’ve been here for a while and we know the other people in the building. It’s just a normal job in a big, loud city. We focus on the tasks at hand and try to make sure we don't fall behind on our deadlines. There is always something to fix or update every single day of the week here.
