You can find our office over at Room 1 by Gate No 2 in Shivajinagar. We are located in the Madh area of Malad West, which is a bit of a trek if you are coming from the main parts of Mumbai. It’s actually quite quiet out here compared to the rest of the city, which we like. The room isn't very big, but it’s enough for what we need to do every day. We spend most of our time dealing with data and back-office tasks. It’s not the kind of place that looks impressive from the outside. It’s just a gate, a room, and some desks. The commute can be a real pain with the traffic in Malad, especially when it rains and the roads get messy. We don’t have a big sign or any bright lights. We just show up, do the work, and go home. There are a few of us here and we’ve become like a small family because we spend so much time in this one room together. We don't bother with fancy titles or complicated goals. We just try to finish the work that comes in so we don't have a backlog for the next morning. Sometimes we grab food from the local stalls near the gate during our lunch break. It’s a basic setup, but it works for us. We just keep things moving along as best as we can without making any fuss.
