It’s a bit of a trek to get out here to Raigad, but it’s quieter than the big cities. We work out of an apartment space. It’s not your typical laboratory or corporate office. It’s more of a home-grown setup. We have our equipment and our files all tucked into the rooms. Kdl Biotech Ltd is a small operation. We don't have hundreds of employees. Usually, it's just a couple of us handling the daily tasks. We spend a lot of time looking at data and making sure everything is in order. Karjat is a nice place, though it gets very rainy during the monsoon. Sometimes the road to the apartment gets a bit muddy. We don't have a big sign outside. You just have to know which door it is. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to do our work and stay busy. People ask what we do, and we just tell them we handle biotech stuff. It’s simpler that way. No need for big words or complicated explanations. We’ve been here for a while and we like the pace of life in Shuyog Nagar. It’s practical for what we need. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing.
