We've been over here in Thakur Village for a while now. If you know this part of Kandivali East, you know it gets pretty busy, especially right across from Thakur College. Our spot is in E 504 Aangan. It’s a decent enough building, usually with a lot of students walking around outside during the day which keeps the energy up. We handle barcode stuff mostly here at Kazen Barcodepvt Ltd. It isn't very glamorous work, but someone has to keep the labels and scanners running right for the businesses that need them. Most mornings we start with tea from the stall just down the street. The traffic on the main road can be a real headache, but we’re used to it by now. Inside the office, it's just desks and piles of equipment. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting small things that people don't really think about until they break. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when a big shipment of hardware comes in, but we manage to shift things around. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. New shops open up, others close, but we’re still here doing our thing day after day. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't have fancy lounge areas or anything like that. Just a place to get the work done and go home. People stop by sometimes asking for directions because of the college landmark. It's a nice little community here in Mumbai. We just try to keep things moving along.
