Working out of Hema Industrial Estate in Andheri East has its own rhythm. We are up on the second floor at unit 237. Kaybee Infotech Pvt. Ltd. has been operating from this spot for a good amount of time now. Sarvodaya Nagar is always buzzing with activity, so there is never a quiet moment outside. Inside our office, it’s mostly just the sound of keyboards and the occasional cooling fan. We handle a lot of different IT tasks throughout the week. Some days are slower than others, but usually, there’s a pile of work waiting for us when we walk in. The industrial estate vibe is very practical—no fancy decorations, just desks, chairs, and a lot of computers. We moved here because it’s a central enough spot for everyone to reach. Sometimes the elevators are a bit slow, so we take the stairs. It keeps us moving. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big lobby. We just focus on the technical side of things and making sure the systems we manage are running okay. It’s a lot of troubleshooting and staying updated on new stuff. We have our small lunch breaks where we talk about anything except work for a few minutes. Then it’s back to the screens. It’s a solid way to make a living in Andheri. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but we have a few fans that keep the air moving well enough.
