Kawality Electric Hardware Store

Kawality Electric Hardware Store is my shop in Chembur. We are located on Bhavani Shankar Road, specifically at Nari Bunglow, number 3. We’re quite close to Inlaks Hospital, which makes it easy for people to find us if they are in the area. The shop is small and packed from floor to ceiling with all sorts of things like wires, bulbs, switches, and tools. It’s a bit of a squeeze to get around, but I know exactly where every single item is kept. I’ve been here for many years, and I’ve seen the neighborhood grow and change around me. Most of my customers are locals who live nearby and need something fixed in their homes. I enjoy the daily interactions with people, even when they aren't sure exactly what part they need and I have to help them figure it out. It’s a simple business, but it keeps me busy from the moment I open the shutters in the morning until I close up at night. I don't have a computer system to track everything; I mostly rely on my ledger and my memory. There’s always dust on the shelves no matter how much I clean, and the street outside is always noisy, but I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. It’s a real, honest shop for people who just need to get their hardware sorted. Sometimes I stay late to organize new stock that arrived during the day, just to be ready for tomorrow.
