Kavya Buildcon P Ltd

Kavya Buildcon P Ltd is our company, and we operate out of Kurla West in Mumbai. Our office is in Laxmi Sadan, specifically Flat No 13 on the 3rd floor. We are right on CST Road, which is always buzzing with activity and the sound of horns. It’s a typical Mumbai setup where space is tight and everyone is always on the move. Being on the third floor keeps us a little bit away from the dust of the street, but you can still feel the energy of the city. We don't have a grand entrance or a lobby with a receptionist. You just come up the stairs and find us working at our desks. Running a building company in a city like this is never easy. There are always permits to chase, materials to find, and sites to visit. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or out in the field, so the office is mainly a place to gather our thoughts and finish the paperwork. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in Mumbai; we just want to do our work properly and keep our heads down. It’s a small team, and we’ve all known each other for a long time. We deal with the usual city problems like traffic jams and monsoon rains that slow everything down, but we just keep pushing forward. It is hard work, but seeing a project finally get finished makes the effort feel worth it.
