Kashish Construction

Working at Kashish Construction, we spend a lot of our time out on the road, but the main spot is here on Dattapada Road, specifically near 2nd Main and 3rd Cross. If you’ve been around this part of the city, you know it’s always under some kind of change. There’s a lot of noise from the trucks and the construction gear nearby. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It’s got a few desks, some maps pinned to the wall, and a lot of dust from the nearby sites. We spend our mornings going over plans and checking on the supplies that need to be moved. It’s a lot of logistics and making sure people are where they need to be. Dattapada Road can be a nightmare during rush hour, so I try to get in early before the traffic gets stuck at the cross. My desk is usually covered in site reports and half-empty water bottles. We don't really do the whole corporate office thing; it's more about getting the job done and moving to the next task. Sometimes the internet is slow, which makes things frustrating, but we manage. The people who work here are local folks who know the area well. We’ve been at this 3rd Cross location for a bit, and it’s become a familiar base for us. It’s a busy, messy, and loud environment, but that’s just how it goes in this business.
