Karuna Computer Service

We are based in Lower Parel, right opposite the BMC office in Bhavani Mata. The shop is actually inside Flat No B 2/107. It's a bit of a different setup being in a flat, but it works for what we do. We handle computer repairs and general servicing for folks around here. People bring in laptops that won't start or desktops that are running too slow. We spend most of our time opening up cases and cleaning out dust or swapping out parts that have seen better days. Lower Parel is always crowded, so having a spot across from the government office makes it easy for people to find us while they are out doing errands. We keep a lot of spare cables and old monitors around just in case. It's not a showroom, just a repair space. Sometimes it's quiet and other times we have three or four machines pulled apart at once. We don't use any fancy talk, we just tell people what's wrong with their computer and try to fix it. Usually, it's just software issues or a hard drive that gave up. We've seen just about every kind of computer problem you can think of over the years. We just stay focused on the hardware and getting the machines back to their owners. It's practical work. We're just local guys who know our way around a motherboard and we like keeping things simple for the customers who live nearby.
