Our office is tucked away in 19 A Maitri Park Apartment, which is in the Suryanagar area of Vitawa. This is over in Kalwa, Thane. If you know the 400 605 area, you know it is a mix of homes and small businesses. We are Karriera Services and we have been operating out of this apartment for some time now. It is a bit different from working in a big commercial tower, but it works for us. We have our desks set up and the internet is usually okay. Being in an apartment building means we see the neighbors coming and going with their groceries. It feels very grounded and local. We handle various services from here, mostly just sticking to our tasks and answering the phones. The commute to Kalwa can be a bit of a headache during peak hours, but once you are inside Maitri Park, it is relatively quiet. We do not have a big reception desk or a lobby, just a regular door like everyone else. Maharashtra can be very humid, so we keep the windows open when there is a breeze. It is a practical setup for a small team. We do not try to act like we are some giant corporation. We are just people working in an office in Thane, trying to get through the daily list of things to do. Sometimes we order food from the local shops nearby.
