Our office is located at 203-B Sheraton Classic, Off Andheri Kurla Road. Being in Mumbai, it is always noisy and crowded outside, but we have found our own little corner here. KAPPI Machines India Pvt.Ltd. is a small team and we just work out of this single unit in the building. It is not a very big office, just enough room for our desks and a small corner for some spare parts. We don’t have a big reception desk or a lobby area. Most of the time, the place is just filled with the sound of us typing or talking on our mobile phones. We don’t have any marketing speak or fancy goals to share. We just show up and handle the business as it comes in. The building itself is older and has seen better days, but it works perfectly for what we need. Getting to work can be a bit of a challenge with the traffic on Andheri Kurla Road, but that is just life in the city. We often grab a quick tea from the vendor downstairs during our afternoon break. It is a very simple and honest environment. We don’t try to act like we are some huge corporation. We are just a local office doing our best every day. There is nothing complicated about it. We like being in the heart of the action, even if it is a bit chaotic at times. We stay focused on the work we have to do.
