Kankei Process Management Services

Our office for Kankei Process Management Services is located at F 318 in the Bansi Amrut Nagar Society in Mumbai. If you know Mumbai, you know how crowded it gets, but our little spot in the society is where we manage to get things done. It’s a regular residential-style building, not one of those glass towers you see in the movies. We like it that way because it feels more like home. The walls are a bit plain and we have some old metal cupboards for all our files. Maharashtra's humidity can be tough, so we usually have the windows open to catch whatever breeze comes through. We aren't a huge corporation with thousands of employees. It’s just a small team of us handling various management processes day in and day out. Sometimes the society gets a bit noisy with kids playing or people moving furniture, but that’s just part of being in a real neighborhood. We don’t have a big sign outside, just a small nameplate so people know they’re in the right place. We spend a lot of time on our computers and talking on the phone to get things sorted. It isn't glamorous work, but it’s what we do. We don't use fancy marketing words to describe ourselves because we’d rather just show up and do the tasks. It’s a straightforward operation here in Mumbai and we're fine with that. No big corporate secrets, just regular people working in a regular society.
