Kamal Auto Work

Kamal Auto Work is a small workshop located at Shop No 20 on Gazdhar Bandh Road. We are right in Santacruz West, across from Raheja College. It is a spot where there is always grease on our hands and the sound of tools hitting metal. We handle all kinds of car repairs and basic maintenance in this little shop. The road outside can get pretty messy, especially during the monsoon rains. We have been here for a long time, seeing the students from the college walk past our shop every day. The workshop is not big, so we often have cars lined up outside on the street waiting for their turn. It is a busy life, mostly spent under a hood or lying under a car chassis. We do not have a waiting room with a TV or air conditioning. It is just a working garage. We know most of our regular customers by their names. The tools we use are old but they still work perfectly fine. We keep things honest and just tell people what is wrong with their vehicle without any fuss. Being opposite the college makes it a good landmark for people to find us. It is a loud and busy part of Santacruz. We just keep the shutters up and work until the sun goes down. It is just us doing what we know how to do with engines and tires.
