Kalta Tech (India) Private Limited

We operate out of Flat 402 in the Raj Heritage building. It is situated right on Police Line Road in Pathardi Shiwar. It is a decent area in Nashik where things are a bit quieter than the main city center. We have got our setup here and it has been working out well for us lately. The building is easy to spot once you are on Police Line Road. We do not have a big corporate lobby or a receptionist greeting people at the door. It is just our team in the flat, working away on our computers. We use the space mainly for our technical work at Kalta Tech (India) Private Limited. It has got a bit of a lived-in feel, which we actually prefer over those shiny, cold offices in the tech parks. There is a bit of a view from the fourth floor, which is nice when we take a quick break. We have got all our gear set up in the main rooms. Sometimes the elevator in Raj Heritage takes a while to arrive, so we just take the stairs if we are in a hurry. It is a simple life here. We do not spend much on decorating or anything like that. We would rather just focus on the tasks we have for the day. Being in Pathardi Shiwar means we avoid most of the heavy traffic, which everyone on the team appreciates. It is a solid, functional space for our small business and it gets the job done without any unnecessary drama.
