Kalpatarus Hospitality Facility Management Services

We are located over in Sector 9 D here in Mumbai. It is a busy place to run a facility management service. Most of our day is spent coordinating people and making sure things are clean and working right. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our supplies and the schedules for all the different sites. Mumbai is always moving, so we have to be ready at all hours really. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing about a leaky pipe or a security issue. It is just the way this business goes. We have a small team and we know each other well. We don't use big words or have meetings that last forever. We just look at what needs doing and go do it. The neighborhood has a lot of energy. Finding a place to park near the office is usually a struggle, so most of us just take the train or walk. We have been around this sector for a bit now. People know where to find us if they need help with their buildings. It’s hard work and your hands get dirty, but it keeps us busy. We don't have a glossy brochure or anything like that. Usually, people just hear about us from someone else in the area. We just keep our heads down and handle the hospitality and management side of things the best we can every day. It is just a normal Mumbai business that keeps things running behind the scenes.
