Kaiser Zarif Khatib

Our place is Flat No 401 1B in the Green Meadows complex. We are located in Kandivali East, right along Makarpura Road. It is a busy part of the city, but being in a flat means it stays relatively quiet for us to work. Kaiser Zarif Khatib is the name on the door, though we don't have a big fancy sign or anything like that. We have been operating from this apartment for a while now. It’s a simple setup with a few desks and some filing cabinets. The traffic outside on Makarpura Road can get quite noisy during the morning rush, but you get used to it after a few days. We usually suggest that people call us before they try to visit, as finding the right wing in Green Meadows can be a bit confusing if you haven't been here before. We have a good view of the local area from the window in the main room. It’s mostly just us handling our day-to-day tasks and keeping things organized. We don't have a huge staff, just a small group of people who know how to get things done. Sometimes the elevator is slow, so we end up taking the stairs. It is a practical way to run a business without spending too much on a fancy office. We like the neighborhood because everything we need is just a short walk away. It suits our way of working perfectly and keeps things very simple for everyone involved.
