Kadencia Technologies Private Limited

We're based out of Flat A103 over in the Vallonia building at Bavdhan Khurd. It’s a residential area mostly, so it’s pretty quiet compared to the main city center. Kadencia Technologies started when a couple of us decided we wanted to work for ourselves instead of for some big firm in an IT park. Working from a flat has its ups and downs. The kitchen is close, but sometimes the neighbors have renovations going on. We do a lot of tech work, coding mostly, and talking to clients on video calls. Since we are in Bavdhan, we get a nice breeze sometimes from the hills. The traffic on the way to the highway can be a mess in the evenings, but we try to time it right. It's not a big corporate setup. We have a few computers, some whiteboards, and a lot of power strips everywhere. People might find it weird that an office is in an apartment complex, but it works for us. We’ve been here for a couple of years now. Most of our work is done on laptops anyway. Sometimes we meet downstairs at the gate if a delivery comes. We just try to get the work done without making a fuss. It's just a regular small business trying to make it in Pune. There isn't much more to say really. We keep our heads down and stay busy with our projects every day.
