K10 Technologies

Down at 7 Regi House on LJ Road, things are always moving fast. This is where K10 Technologies is located, right in the heart of Mahim, Mumbai 400016. If you have ever been to LJ Road, you know how busy it gets with the shops and the people heading to the station. Regi House is an older building, the kind that has character but maybe needs a fresh coat of paint. Our office is small. We have just enough room for the desks and a tiny area where we keep the water filter and the snacks. It gets quite loud with the traffic outside, but after a while, you just stop hearing it. We have a lot of old cables tangled up in the corners because we never seem to throw anything away. The floor is that old-fashioned tile that stays cool even when it is boiling hot outside in Mumbai. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website team. We just stay here and work on what needs doing. Most of our neighbors are small businesses too, so there is a nice feeling of everyone just trying to get by. Sometimes we get the smell of food from the nearby stalls which makes us hungry way before lunchtime. It is just a basic, honest place to work. We are just regular people doing our jobs in a busy city.
