Our office is in the Amrit Building, B Block, room 502, right in the heart of Khar West. We are directly across from the Cafe Coffee Day, so we see a lot of people coming and going all day. K W L Realty is located on the fifth floor, so we get a bit of a breeze if we leave the door open. The office is mostly just desks, computers, and a few files with property details. We spend a lot of time driving around to look at different flats and houses in the area. Khar is a nice part of town, and there is always something happening on the street below. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights, just a name on the directory downstairs. Sometimes the building's lift is slow, and we have to wait a while with our clients. We keep a stash of biscuits and some tea bags for when people come in to discuss deals. The work can be a bit unpredictable, some days are very quiet and others are non-stop. We try to keep things simple and honest when we talk to people about real estate. Most of our day is spent making calls or checking the latest listings. It is a decent office in a good location, and we have been here long enough to know the neighborhood inside out.
